In 1970, Jean-Luc Pasquet inherited 8 hectares of vines left by his uncle Albert, in the Cognac region. Located between Segonzac and Angoulême in the crus of Grande and Petite Champagne, the domain gradually expanded to 14 hectares, fully converted and committed to organic farming since 1995. With its 20 hectolitre alembic, the domain produces high-quality brandies. In 2011, Jean, the son of Jean-Luc, and his wife Amy took over the reins, continuing the family tradition with passion and dedication. They also select cognacs which they mature in their cellar.
