Domaine de Saoubis is located in Ayzieu, in the Gers region, Bas-Armagnac. Since 1997, Maurice de Mandelaëre has been growing on 10 hectares of vineyards biodynamically. The latter is Demeter and Ecocert certified - one of the few domains that are in the Gascony region - and produces armagnacs without artificial additives, made with indigenous yeasts, without reduction and, of course, without added colouring or sugar.
