Located in a former fortified farm in the Royans Valley, the Distillerie du Vercors opened in 2015. Anne Hélène and Eric Cordelle moved to the foothills of the Vercors to distil organic single malt whisky from barley close to the natural springs of the Vercors National Park. Everything is completed on site, from fermentation to bottling, and the barley is even grown in the fields above the distillery for some expressions.
