Domain: Isle of Raasay

The Isle of Raasay distillery was founded in 2017 on the small island of the same name to the east of Skye, on the site of a former hotel in the south-west of the island. Isle of Raasay divides its production between a peated whisky (50 ppm) and an unpeated whisky, producing a total volume of 200,000 litres of pure alcohol per year. Distillation, maturation and bottling are all carried out on site and part of the barley is grown locally.
