• COMBINE ORDERS

  • To reduce the average delivery fee or collect your bottles in one go, combine your orders and store your spirits for free in our warehouse for up to 30 days. You’ll be charged €0.055 per day and per bottle after this time. You can then place orders in other sales and collect or ship them all together once the required amount of bottles has been reached. Please note: you will still have to pay for your spirits at the end of each sale. Simply select "Pay and wait to combine with future orders". Fine Spirits Auction offers free storage for your spirits for 30 days in order to simplify and optimize your orders. Thereafter, a fee will be charged of 0.055 euros (including VAT) per day and per bottle.

• PICKING UP YOUR BOTTLES AT OUR WAREHOUSE

  • You can pick up your spirits directly from our warehouse or send your own forwarder. If you are unable to come at the agreed date and time, please contact our customer service department to arrange a new time slot. After 7 days, orders will be sent back to our warehouse and may incur extra storage and transfer fees.

• BUYER'S PREMIUM

  • All Fine Spirits Auction information services (spirit description, market trends, charts etc.) are free access. A login is required to access the spirit price database. A buyer's premium is added to your bids only if you win a lot in an auction. The buyer's premium added to your bid is: 19.2% VAT included (16% ex-VAT).

• APPRAISAL

  • Fine Spirits Auction guarantees a lots on the website. Authenticity and conformity on products are compared with the description provided (label's state, level, special notes). If we have to modify a lot, all bids are cancelled and bidders are informed by email. If you still want the lot, you must bid again.

• SECURED PAYMENT

  • Payments on Fine Spirits Auction are secured. Our credit card platform is SOGENACTIF (Societe Generale Group). We do not have any access to your credit card details or bank information. This is data encrypted by SSL protocol (Secured Socket Layer) and go through SOGENACTIF (secured server).
