Cuvée presentation

A blend of 12 casks distilled in 2004 and aged entirely in a continental climate in Europe, this version, which enters the Plummer (‘EMB’) category of rums produced by the Monymusk distillery, displays an ester content of 129.9 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol. With cane sugar as the guiding principle, it highlights an aromatic and gustatory palette with a disarmingly beautiful naturalness, living to the rhythm of languorous sequences that encourage contemplation. Captivating and spellbinding, it’s also the perfect excuse to venture ever further into the world of perfumery. Limited edition of 2960 bottles.

The distillery Monymusk

Monymusk is the main brand produced at the Clarendon distillery (National Rums of Jamaica), which is located on the site of the Monymusk sugar plantation from which it takes its name. It is today owned jointly by the Jamaican government, Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana and Maison Ferrand in France. Clarendon was built in 1949. Originally it was a small distillery equipped with a single Vendome still, which was joined in 2009 by a larger still and a five-column still. The distillery’s warehouses are located at the Inswood distillery, which is also owned by National Rums of Jamaica and closed in 1992.
